Haddington Road

Situated beside St. Mary's Church, this house on Haddington Road involved full restoration of a dilapidated mid-terrace Victorian House.  Extensive works, including underpinning were carried out in the basement to form kitchen and lounge spaces, leading to a new sunken terrace.  Significant insulation upgrades were also provided throughout.
