Situated beside the Spire in the heart of Dublin City Centre, this former office building was reimagined as 3 single-bed apartments.  

The rooms are largely single aspect, which led to the introduction of glazed screens between spaces to allow the full effect of the light coming through the facade to penetrate the entire apartment.
